Foxy Friar

Terms

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms cover this website and the audits you can buy on it. Work on websites, ads, apps, branding and social media is agreed separately in a written quote or proposal, and these terms apply to that work too unless the quote says otherwise.

Foxy Friar is a trading name of Craig Ennis, a sole trader based in Waterford, Ireland. Contact: craig@foxyfriar.com or 089 267 4077.

Using this website

You are welcome to use this website to find out about Foxy Friar and to get in touch. Everything on it, including the words, design, images and code, belongs to Foxy Friar unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy it for your own business. We work hard to keep the information accurate, but it is general information, not advice for your particular business.

Free calls and quotes

Your first call is free and there is no obligation. After it, any work is agreed in a written quote or proposal with a fixed price, what is included and a timeline. Work starts once you accept it and any deposit or first payment is made.

Audits

What you are buying

A Health Check or a Growth Audit is a written review of how your business shows up online, what is costing you customers and what to fix first, followed by a call with Craig to go through it. What each includes is described on the audit page at the time you order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the audit page and at checkout, and are paid in full when you order. Foxy Friar is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. If that changes, prices will be shown with VAT added.

Discount codes

Discount codes are entered at checkout. Each code can be used once unless it says otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be added to another code.

When you get your report

Your report is due within 5 working days of finishing your questionnaire for a Health Check and within 7 working days for a Growth Audit. Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting Irish public holidays. The time starts when you submit the questionnaire, not when you pay. If we ever expect to be late, we will tell you in advance.

Your information and your accounts

By sending us information or giving us access to accounts, you confirm you are allowed to share them for your audit. Access is view-only wherever the platform allows it and is removed when your report is delivered. We keep your information private and use it only as described in our privacy policy.

The test enquiry

If you agree to it in the questionnaire, the Growth Audit includes a test enquiry through your website and a call to your business number, to see how quickly a new customer hears back.

Refunds

You can have a full refund at any time before you submit your questionnaire. Once your questionnaire is submitted, work on your audit has started and it cannot be refunded. The credit below still applies.

The 60-day credit

If you go ahead with any Foxy Friar service within 60 days of the date on your report, the full amount you paid for your audit comes off your first invoice. The credit is for the business named on the audit, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred.

Free feedback audits

Some audits are offered free with a feedback code. In return, you agree to give written feedback and a short video about your audit, and Foxy Friar may use them with your business name on its website and in its marketing. You agree to this in the questionnaire before work starts.

Who we can audit

Audits are built around businesses in Ireland but work for English-speaking businesses elsewhere. If we cannot audit your business properly, we will tell you and give you a full refund.

What a report is, and is not

Your report is our honest, professional opinion based on the information available at the time. Search results, reviews and advertising change constantly, and results depend on many things outside our control, so we cannot guarantee any particular ranking, number of enquiries or sales. Figures such as “what fixing it could mean” are worked out from your own numbers as a guide, not a promise.

Who owns the report

Your report is yours to keep and use for your own business, and you can act on it yourself, with us or with anyone. The checks, templates and methods behind it remain Foxy Friar’s, so please do not resell the report or publish it as your own work.

Our responsibility to you

We will carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong with an audit, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost opportunities, or for changes made by Google, Meta or other platforms. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

If you are a consumer

Our services are designed for businesses. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your rights under Irish consumer law.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything, email craig@foxyfriar.com. Craig will reply within 5 working days and do his best to put it right.

Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts deal with any dispute.
