Cookie policy

Last updated 16 October 2026

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work. Others help us understand how the site is used or show you relevant ads, and those are only used if you agree.

You choose in the banner when you first visit, and you can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you reject them, the site works just the same.

The types we use

Needed for the site to work (always on)

  • Your cookie choice (ff_consent): remembers what you chose in the banner, for 6 months.
  • Your audit questionnaire: a copy of your answers is kept in your own browser as a backup while you fill it in, so nothing is lost if your connection drops. It never leaves your device except when you send your answers to us.
  • Security and spam protection: used by the website to keep forms safe.

Analytics (only if you agree)

These tell us how many people visit, which pages they read and where they came from, so we can improve the site. We may use:

  • Google Analytics (cookies starting _ga): kept for up to 2 years.

Marketing (only if you agree)

These help us see which ads bring people to the site and show our ads to people who have visited. We may use:

  • Meta pixel for Facebook and Instagram (_fbp): kept for up to 3 months.
  • Google Ads (cookies starting _gcl): kept for up to 3 months.

We use Google’s Consent Mode, so Google’s tools do not store analytics or advertising cookies unless you agree.

Other websites’ content

Our payment pages are provided by Stripe. When you open them, Stripe receives your IP address and may set its own cookies needed to take a payment. Everything else on this site, including its fonts, is served from our own website.
